Gertrude Virginia Fogle Miller

Gertrude Virginia Miller, age 81, of Riverton passed away on Friday, January 15, 2016 at her home. A funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Turner-Robertshaw Funeral Home with Reverend Dottie Holden officiating. Burial will follow in Panorama Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 until 1:00 p.m. prior to the service. Gertie was born in Martinsburg, WV on July 4, 1934, a daughter of the late Oscar David and Lucy Mae Shores Fogle. She had been a custodian for Riverton United Methodist Church for many years. She enjoyed gardening, flowers, crocheting, family and cooking, especially family dinners at Thanksgiving and Christmas where everything was homemade. Mrs. Miller is survived by her daughter, Delores Watkins and husband Daniel of Bentonville; her brother, Tommy Fogle of Riverton; her sister Betty Eackles of Buckton; her granddaughter, Wendy Hamilton; and her great grandchildren, Traeh Hamilton and Zander Hamilton. Pallbearers will be Ray Fogle, Ricky Fogle, Bennie Eackles, Raymond Fogle, David Fogle and Travis Hamilton.
