Gordon Ray Reynolds Sr.

A gathering of family and friends will be conducted on Wednesday, November 5, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Turner-Robertshaw Funeral Home. Burial will be in Ft. Lincoln Cemetery in Brentwood, MD at 3:00 p.m.

Mr. Reynolds was born in Roanoke on June 20, 1926, a son of the late James Gordon and Pearl McCoy Reynolds. He was the manager of a sporting goods store and served in the US Navy during World War II. He was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather and great-great-grandfather.

Mr. Reynolds is survived by his sons, Gordon R. Reynolds, Jr. and wife Dena, and Steven Reynolds all of Front Royal; his daughter, Linda Marsh and husband Dave of Front Royal; his seven grandchildren; his twelve great-grandchildren and his four great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Reynolds was preceded in death by his wife, Irene Elizabeth Reynolds in 1984 and his daughter, Carol Reynolds.
