Ruth Elizabeth Wright

A funeral service will be conducted on Monday, December 12, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at Turner-Robertshaw Funeral Home with Donnie Carter officiating. Entombment will follow in Shenandoah Memorial Park in Winchester.

Mrs. Wright was born in Carroll County, MD on September 21, 1946 a daughter of the late John Alfred Stern, Sr. and Myrtle Mae Edmonson Stern. She was a homemaker who enjoyed gardening, bird watching and playing cards.

She is survived by her husband of 14 years, Roger L. Wright; her daughter, Catherine Boyce and husband Steven of Surfside Beach, SC; her brothers, John A. Stern, Jr. of Front Royal, Joseph Stern of Baltimore, MD and Michael Stern of Winchester; and her two grandchildren, Heather Schuman and Kaleb Boyce.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 11, 2011 from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
