Beverly Marlene Krull

Beverly (Bev) M Krull, age 91 peacefully passed away in the early morning hours of September 16, 2022 surrounded by her loved ones. Bev was born April 17, 1931 in Armour, S Dakota to Arthur and Grace (Breen) Sievert. She attended rural schools and graduated from Armour High School in 1948.

After graduation, Bev attended Springfield Teachers College in Springfield, S Dakota where she received her teaching degree. She taught at a rural one-room schoolhouse for 5 years. From there, Bev went to work for the ASCS Farm office in Armour, S Dakota.

Bev married Robert Krull on November 9, 1956 in Armour, S Dakota. They made their home in Cheyenne, WY where he was stationed on the F.E. Warren Air Training Command Base. From there, they were stationed at Ramey Air Force Base in Puerto Rico for 2 years. After Bob’s discharge in 1960, they moved back to Armour, S Dakota and opened a home improvement store. In 1962, Bob went to work for the Bureau of Reclamation which moved the family to Mitchell, Huron and Watertown, SD. In 1968, the family moved to Loveland, CO which would become their forever home.

Bev worked at Hewlett Packard in Loveland for 5 years while raising her family. She was an active member of Mountain View Presbyterian Church and served as a Deacon for several years. She also served on the Supervisory Committee for Longs Peak Federal Credit Union. In her free time, Bev loved gardening and needlepoint.

Bev is survived by her husband, Robert of 65 years; daughter and son-in-law, Cindy and David Graves of Loveland and daughter, Krystal Krull of Aurora; granddaughter, Stacie Graves of Denver; sister, Linda Johannsen of Wagner, S Dakota; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Thomas Robert Krull; parents, Arthur and Grace Sievert; brothers, Artie Sievert and Dale Sievert; and sister, Carol Andersh.

A memorial service for Beverly and Robert will be at Mountain View Presbyterian Church in Loveland, CO on November 9, 2022. This would have been their 66th wedding anniversary. Additional information to follow concerning memorial.
