Doris Kauffman

Doris was Born February 1, 1928 to Frank and Nellie (Campbell) Ireland south of Eckley, Colorado. As one of seven children, she grew up on a farm in the Sand Hills during the Great Depression. Doris married Ben Kauffman in 1962 and worked in manufacturing at Hewlett Packard for over 20 years. Some of her favorite pastimes included baking, cooking, sewing, crafts, gardening, and spending time with family. She was a dedicated and loving wife, mother and grandmother who had a heart of gold. Doris and Ben were members of First Christian Church in Loveland for many years.

She is survived by her children, Glenna Massey (Arlan), Terry Marshall (Debbie), and Tammie King (Jerry). Doris had five grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ben, her parents, six siblings, and two stepdaughters.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home & Memory Gardens on Tuesday, June 25th at 10am, followed by a Coffee & Cookie Reception. Interment will take place to rest at 12pm and Doris will be placed to rest with her late husband, Ben.
