Leo Francis Brewer

Leo was born May, 19,1938 in Albia, Ia, son of Leonard and Leona Sleeth/Brewer. He graduated from Ottumwa High in 1956, after which he married his high school sweetheart, Barbara Pate. They moved to Co. Bluffs Iowa and spent many happy years there before moving to Persia and Avoca Ia, prior to moving to Blair Ne. His children were his life and he spent countless hours at sports fields watching them play.

He retired from MJ Optical and moved to Fort Collins, Co where he enjoyed bowling, golf, and traveling.

He is survived by his children; Debra/Kirk Wilson Teresa/Rick Clabaugh Leonard/Kelly Leo Brewer, Clint Brewer Tina/James Bilslend. 21 grand children, 30 great grand children and 3 great/great grand children. Sister Genevieve Emanuel, and sister in law Fern Pate, and numerous nieces and nephews through out Iowa Ne and Texas.

He is proceded in death by his wife Barbara, parents, brothers; Harold and Donald, sisters; Cleo, Velta and Donna. daughter, Cynthia Niemann, daughter in law Melodie Brewer, grand daughter Gina Quick, and great grandson Jasper Marchand.

Visitation will be held Sunday, March 25,2018 from 6 to 8 pm at Campbell Aman Funeral Home in Blair, NE.

Funeral services will be held Monday, March 26, 2018 at 10 am. at Campbell Aman Funeral home in Blair, NE. Burial will follow services in the Blair Cemetery.
