Mary Jane Houston of Nunn, CO, passed away on January 5, 2009 at McKee Medical Center Hospice Unit. She was born on February 19, 1931 in Loveland, CO.She was retired from Teledyne Water Pick. She worked as a bookkeeper at Gulf Service Station on Eisenhower in Loveland, which she ran with her first husband, Orval Overturf. She was also an employee of Elder Haus in Fort Collins and in-home caregiver.She was preceded in death by husband, Hansel Knight and her parents, Robert and Elizabeth Alps. She is survived by her son, Howard (Geraldine) Overturf, with whom she resided, of Nunn; a daughter, Glenda (Ernie) Komarek of Fort Collins; a sister, Joann Jonson of Fort Collins; 5 granddaughters; 10 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 9, 2009 at Resthaven Funeral Home. Visitation will take place from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Friday. Interment Resthaven Memory Gardens.
