Pamela Kay Deal

Pamela was born on January 4th, 1946 in Las Animas, CO to parents Andy & Irene Joyce. Pam graduated from Las Animas High School in 1964. She then attended CSU for one year, where she began dating the love of her life, Robert (Bob) Deal.

Pam & Bob married on June 27th, 1965. After briefly living in McClave, CO, Pam & Bob put their roots down in Fort Collins where they were blessed with three children, Robin, Robert (Brad), & Ryan. Pam spent 23 years working as an office manager for the Poudre Education Association. The Deal family played a large role in the Northern Colorado baseball community. Pam spent much of her time in the stands at the Fort Collins High School baseball diamond, where she watched her beloved husband coach, her sons play, and her daughter cheerlead.

Pam wore many hats over the years, including daughter, friend, neighbor, church member, volunteer coordinator, & office manager. However, her most proudly worn hats were being a wife, mother, & grandmother. Pam was very involved in her children & grandchildren’s lives, and enjoyed cheering at their sporting events. Pam was her family’s number one fan throughout all aspects of life. Along with attending family sporting events, Pam also enjoyed crafting, reading, baking, volunteering at Laurel Elementary, and spending time at her cabins in Red Feather & Wyoming.

Growing up as an only child, Pam greatly valued the large family she and Bob created. Pam loved having the whole family together, especially during the holidays. She emphasized the true meaning of family, as she was the glue that held everyone together.

Pam is survived by her husband Bob Deal, their children Robin (Todd) Seeley, Brad (Lili) Deal, & Ryan (Lisa) Deal & their seven grandchildren Skye Seeley (McKennon Aragon), Jaslyn Seeley, Bailey Deal, Parker Seeley, Addy Deal, Tucker Deal, & Tate Deal.

A scheduled service will take place on February 24th, 2025 at Heart of the Rockies Christian Church in Fort Collins, CO at 1:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, Pam wished for contributions to be made to the American Diabetes Association. Sympathy wishes or cards may be addressed to 2013 Rivers Edge Road, Windsor, CO 80550.
