Patricia Ann Puch (Smith)

Patricia Puch of Fort Collins, CO passed away on August 19, 2011 in Fort Collins. Patricia was born on October 26, 1952 in Princeton, MO to Harold and Thelma Smith. She recently moved to Fort Collins after living in Lake Placid, FL for the past 7 years.

Patricia attended school in Golden, CO. She was a wonderful cook all her life, working at various restaurants over the years. Her most recent job was working for 7 years as the Manager of Rosewood Assisted Living in Lake Placid. She was a member of Grace Bible Church in Sebring, FL and had been attending church at A Heart of Grace Church in Loveland when she was able.

Patricia was very devoted to her family. She was a loving daughter, mother and grandmother. Her other interests included gambling, going on cruises, flowers and gardening. She also loved country music.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, 2 uncles and 1 aunt. Patricia is survived by her parents Harold and Thelma Smith; sons Joe Puch of Cody, WY and Michael Hillenberg of Sebring, FL; daughters, Lora Enoch of Sebring, FL, and Angie Puch (Chris Schreiber) of Fort Collins; brothers, Douglas Smith (Kathy) and Michael Smith, both of Loveland; sister, Michelle Mullen (Brian) of Loveland; 8 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

A visitation will be held 8:00 – 9:45 a.m. Wednesday, August 24, 2011, followed by a 10:00 a.m. Funeral Service at Resthaven Funeral Home. Interment Resthaven Memory Gardens. Memorial contributions can be made to Pathways Hospice or A Heart of Grace Church in care of Resthaven Funeral Home, 8426 S. Hwy 287, Fort Collins, CO 80525.
