

Rose was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on May 15, 1957, and at the age of 2 moved with her family to Colorado. She grew up in Fort Collins and raised her family there. Rose was employed at Sam’s Club where she worked for 24 years.
A memorial service will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home, 8426 US Hwy 287, Fort Collins, on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at 1:30 pm.
Rose enjoyed cooking, riding her motorcycle, and spending time with her husband Gary, her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, her brothers and sisters, and the many, many friends she had. She also had a special love for the Wild Animal Sanctuary in Keenesburg and was an avid supporter. Rose was a strong and proud person with a positive attitude and she never let life get her down. Her main goal in life were being the best mother, grandmother, and great grandmother possible and raising her three girls. Rose also donated a lot of her time and cooking for different charity fundraisers through her work at Sam’s Club. She often cooked for the Children’s Miracle Network and walked for a cure for cancer, took donations out front of Sam’s for Operation Shoebox. She also donated to the Fort Collins Food Bank and Wounded Warrior as often as she was able to.
Rose is preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Rosemary Greylock, a sister, Vikki Greylock Larson, a brother, “Little Joe”, nephews Kristofer Gustafson and Douglas Hitchens Jr., great nephew Trenton Viney and sister in law Teresa Greylock.
Rose is survived by the love of her life, Gary Klein; her daughters Heidi Collins, Kelle Lynn Hurst, and Lisa Disner; grandchildren Kelsie Kintzley and Dakotah Kreager; and great grandchildren Wesley and Zaivian. She is also survived by her sisters Bonnie Thompson (Brad), Donna Holtz Hartig (Craig), Linda Tarnoff (Bernie), and brothers Bill Greylock Jr., Larry Holtz, and Bill Holtz III (Jackie), and many nieces and nephews.
