Theodore "Ted" Ehrlich

He was born on January 31, 1944 to Paulien and Reuben Ehrlich. He grew up in Milliken, Colorado and graduated from Milliken High in 1961. On December 30, 1966 he married Katherine Anne Snyder in Windsor, Colorado.

From this union came three children: Brenda Kaye Burke (Scott), Bradley Kurtis Ehrlich (Janette) and Bretten Kristopher Ehrlich (Jordana Pilmanis). He had three grandchildren: Mitzi Kaye Byard (Ray) of Tucson, AZ, Nathanial Scott (Sierra) Burke of Tucson, AZ and Daniella Ehrlich of Loveland, CO. He also had 5 great grandchildren: Lorelei and Autumn Byard of Tucson, AZ, Miles Burke of Tucson, AZ, and Lilly and Raymond Byard-Arellano of Tucson, AZ. In addition, he has a sister: Joyce Cittadino (John) of Loveland, CO. He is preceded in death by his wife Katherine Ehrlich of Loveland, CO, his father Reuben Ehrlich of Milliken, CO, mother Paulien Ehrlich of Loveland, CO and sister Judy Rouse of Greeley, CO.

As a young boy he worked on the family farm and raised cattle. He then moved onto over the road truck driver. He then moved onto what would be his career as a superintendent on construction sites. He worked in 4 different states throughout his tenure. He loved to play golf and growing his garden in the summer. He collected LP albums and 45 records growing his music collection to over 48,000 songs. He loved to copy music to his computer and make music discs for family and friends until he was diagnosed with cancer. As he grew older his condition deteriorated and finally was unable to care for himself.

He had strong faith and enjoyed watching the Abiding Love Lutheran Sunday church services. He never gave up his faith and will be missed by many.

Services will be held on March 2, 2024 at 11am at Abiding Love Lutheran Church at 2825 E. 1st Street, Loveland, CO 80537. Light refreshments will be offered after the service.
