On June 2, 1962, Victor married Margie Ann Bogard. Together in love and faith, they settled in Northern Colorado where they made their home and raised their family. They were blessed with five sons and one daughter, and more than 63 years of joyful marriage.
Victor was a kind man with a generous heart and a wonderful sense of humor. Fluent in sarcasm and honest to a fault, he was a genuine person. A friend to all, Victor never met a stranger. He was a man of true faith in God and a longtime member of St. John's Catholic Church in Loveland. He enjoyed woodworking, gardening, and above all, spending time with his family.
Victor leaves behind his wife Margie and their children Marty (Beth), Carol (Dave), Phil (Emily), Sten (Cynthia), Derek (Anna), and Matthew (Gislaine). He was a proud grandfather to his grandchildren and their spouses, Patrick & Hesper, Josh & Rachel, Jessica, Lee & Bianca, Caleb, Hannah, Amanda & Eric, Shelby, Cody, Nick & Nichole, Nate & Tiarre, Sam, Jennifer, Amanda, and Travis. Victor had 18 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-grandchildren and too many friends to mention. He is also survived by his brother George (Gayle), his sisters, Clarice (Maylon), and Joan, and sisters-in-law, Bev Lynell, and Kaye.
