Cheryl Ford, known to many as Cher, passed away July 27th 2025 at the age of 71 after a brave cancer fight. She was born on July 1st 1954 to Ray and Coletta Stoddard and is survived by her loving husband Scott, her sisters, Kathy (Harrington) and Jackie (McKee), nephew, 4 nieces and 5 godchildren. Cher had a spark that lit up every room she entered with her laughter that echoed in the hearts of all who knew her, making life feel lighter and more colorful. She was a caring person with a generous heart, whether you were family by blood, bond or a feral cat. Her friendships were lifelong, her family ties unbreakable. In lieu of flowers please send donations to the cat Sanctuary, Blue Bell or Tara’s Chance, or simply perform an act of kindness in her name. That, more than anything, is what she would have wanted. Though she is no longer with us, her spirit and love will remain forever in our hearts.
