Juanita Mercado, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, passed away January 8, 2022 surrounded by her family in Corona, California A woman of elegance and brilliance, she showered her entire family with devotion and will be very deeply missed. She was born in El Paso, Texas into a large and united family. She was a source of strength, kindness, and generosity to everyone that knew her. In 1997 she was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease but did not let it prevent her from being an incredible matriarch. She wasn’t without stress and struggles, but was blessed by God and lived a long, very, very good life. She joins her loving husband, family, and friends in heaven and is survived by her children Maria (Richard), Alfredo Jr (Susan), and Elizabeth.
