Ruby Lucille Neal

Neal, Ruby L., 97, born May 12, 1918 in Enid, OK, passed away Dec. 27, 2015 in Fullerton, CA surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her husband of 72 years, Grady E. Neal, parents, Crissie and John Morefield;  brothers, Edgar, Leslie, Howard, and Jim Morefield, and great-grandson Travis Martin. Ruby was a resident of Orange County since 1927. She worked with her husband in his general contracting business as a bookkeeper for 50 years. She also served as President and was a longtime member of the Brea Art Association. She and her husband enjoyed traveling as they were members of the Buena Park Pioneers Trailer Club along with being a noted fisherman. Ruby is survived by her six children; Grady L. and Suzie Neal, John L. and Melba Neal, E. Leroy and Gail Neal, Janet and Gary Crockett, Sherrill and Bob Gratner, and Ramon Neal, 13 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great grandchildren. A viewing will be held from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Sunday, January, 3, 2016 at McAulay & Wallace Mortuary,  Fullerton. A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 4, 2016 at 11:00 AM also at the mortuary. Interment to follow at Loma Vista Memorial Park.
