Anthony graduated from UMBC with a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology, and worked in IT sales.
Anthony enjoyed playing basketball, collecting hats and shoes, and spending time with his family and friends. His greatest joy was spending time with his children.
Anthony is survived by his wife, Mary Garey Ngo, and their children, Anthony James (son, 4), Aubrey Rose (daughter, 11), and Dante John (stepson, 21). He is also survived by his parents, Hong Dang and Thuan Ngo; sisters, Mary Anne Ngo (husband - Bernard Fischer; children - Sebastian, Catherine, and Gabriel) and Carroll Ngo Rollman (husband - Robert Rollman).
A visitation for Anthony will be held at DeVol Funeral Home, 10 East Deer Park Drive - Gaithersburg, Maryland on Sunday, May 4, 2025, from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM, with a service to begin at 9:30 AM.
