Craig G. Foust

Craig G. Foust went home on November 6, 2023. He was greeted there by his mother and father, Norma and Harold Foust, brother James “Gary” and his beloved wife Dolores. He is survived by his daughter Joy (Mark), his sister Sharon, his brother Derwood, his grandchildren Georgia and Leo, and many loving nieces and nephews.

Craig grew up in Altoona, Pennsylvania, and his height and athleticism served him as an amazing basketball player during high school and college. He still holds a basketball record at Penn State Altoona where he graduated in 1971 with a degree in Psychology. Craig met his wife when they both worked at the US Postal Service. He worked for many years as a computer programmer at Vitro and the US Patent and Trademark Office. In his free time, Craig loved to tell jokes, enjoy music, and follow the sport of kings. He could always recommend a horse for a triple crown race or recall the details of a funny story. He will be missed and we send him in love to his heavenly rest.

Services will be held Monday, November 13, 2023 at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, Gaithersburg MD. Visitation will begin at 9:30 am, Funeral Liturgy at 10:30 am, followed immediately by internment in the St. Rose Cemetery.
