On March 14, 2025, Dorothy Burke O'Donnell of Rockville, MD passed away. Beloved wife of the late James O'Donnell III. Loving mother of James O'Donnell IV, Elizabeth Freeman, and Stephanie Wilmer. Daughter of the late Joseph A. Burke, Jr. and Elizabeth Trunnell Burke. Preceded in death by her siblings Joseph A. Burke III, James T. Burke, Mary E. Burke and Patricia Beall. She is survived by 6 grandchildren, Joseph Freeman, Matthew Freeman, Erin Freeman, Madeline Wilmer, Liam O'Donnell, Haley Wilmer and many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call DeVol Funeral Home, 10 East Deer Park Drive, Gaithersburg, MD on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 from 1:00PM to 4:00PM. And Mass of Christian Burial will be held the next day, Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 520 Veirs Mill Rd., Rockville, MD, starting at 10AM, followed by interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Silver Spring.
