Hilda was born on May 4, 1950 in Loreto Beni, Bolivia.

Loving mother of Oscar Balcazar, Ronald Balcazar and Julio Balcazar. Daughter of Enma Menacho and Alfredo Balcazar. Sister of Sofia Balcazar Menacho, Fernando Balcazar Menacho, Jesus Balcazar Menacho, Ramiro Balcazar Menacho, Adalid Balcazar Menacho, Ana Maria Balcazar Menacho, Alfredo Balcazar Menacho, Pablo Balcazar Menacho, Jenny Balcazar Menacho.

Survived by Giselle Balcazar, Aracely Balcazar, Libia Balcazar Cepeda, Ronnie Balcazar, Ariana Balcazar, Diana Balcazar, Luis Balcazar, Oscar Balcazar, Diego Balcazar, Xiomara Balcazar, Leslie Balcazar, Justin Balcazar.

Hilda was known for her love for her family, her passion for Jesus and her long walks with her granddogs. She was always putting those she loved before herself, making sure that they were well taken care of. She was simple yet classy. She loved to listen to music that made her dance and reminded her about how good life could be. She gave the best advice and even better hugs. She never wanted anyone to be sad or shed a tear when it was her time to go. She always said that she wanted a big party and for everyone to dance. Although she is no longer with us, her memories, contagious smile and our love for her will forever be in our hearts.

A visitation for Hilda will be held on Sunday, April 27, 2025 at 11:00AM to 12:30PM followed by a service starting at 12:30PM at DeVol Funeral Home, 10 East Deer Park Drive, Gaithersburg, MD 20877.
