

Born in Montgomery County, MD on September 17, 1945, he was the son of the late Howard A. Fram, Sr. and Della R. Hardesty. Howard was a roofer and sheet metal mechanic with the Planning and Facilities Management at Georgetown University for 25 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, woodwork, art and spending time with his family.
Mr. Fram is survived by his wife Joyce A. Fram and their three children Annette Dodson and husband Danny, Milton Ricketts, Jr., Mary Conners and husband Kenny, and preceded by the late Robert Fram. He is also survived by his sister Helen Rhodes; eight grandchildren, Philip Schatz and wife Beth, Andrew Schatz, Heather Ricketts, Kristina Conners, Zeke Ricketts, Kasey Conners, Buddy Ricketts and Travis Ricketts; and his six great-grandchildren, Autumn Ricketts, Trinity Buckley, Dylan Schatz, Nolan Schatz, Richard Prettyman III and Rylee Prettyman.
Friends may call at DeVol Funeral Home, 10 East Deer Park Drive, Gaithersburg, MD on Thursday October 21st at 10 am, where a service will be held at 11 am. Interment will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park, Rockville, MD at 1 pm.
