Of Potomac, MD, passed away on March 15, 2018. Beloved son of father Wulin Li and mother Ping Ho; cherished brother of sister Tina Lee; loving grandson of Ying Chen, Donghua Ho, and Furen Li. Jeffrey will be remembered for his happy, optimistic, and cheerful personalities, and his joy for traveling, food, automobiles, and movies.
Visitation to be held Thursday, March 22, from 10:00 until service at 11:00 a.m. at DeVol Funeral Home, 10 E. Deer Park Drive, Gaithersburg, MD. Private interment.
