Suddenly on Thursday, April 9, 2015, Katherine Elizabeth Burke died at her home in Montgomery Village, MD. She is the beloved daughter of Theresa Smyth Burke and the late Patrick Leo Burke; the sister of Michael Burke and his wife Melissa, Richmond, VA and Timothy Burke and his wife Jordan, San Francisco, CA; Aunt of Zachary Glovier and Teagan Burke. Many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends also survive her.
Friends may call at DeVol Funeral Home, 10 E. Deer Park Drive, Gaithersburg, MD 20877 on Thursday, April 16 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church, 201 South Frederick Avenue, Gaithersburg, MD 20877 on Friday, April 17, 2015 at 10:30 a.m.
Interment will follow in All Souls Cemetery, Germantown, MD.
