Lawrence Keith Bou

On July 31, 2022, Lawrence Keith Bou of Bethesda, Maryland, died suddenly and unexpectedly at age 57. He was born in Washington, DC to Mary Ellen Bou and Edward C. Bou, who preceded him in death. Lawrence was raised in Bethesda, Maryland by his parents and his beloved Consuelo Castillo, along with his brother Christopher Bou (who predeceased him), sister Wendy Bou Reilly, and brother Stephen Bou. He was a devoted husband to Jennifer L. Bou and the proud father of Edward Lawrence "Teddy" Bou, Stephen James Bou, and Elena Elizabeth Bou. In addition to his wife and children, Lawrence is survived by Consuelo; his brother Stephen (Carolyn); his sister Wendy (Kevin), Christopher's beloved Mary Ann Fisher; nieces Virginia Bou (Max), Lily Bou, and nephews William Bou and Corbin Reilly; as well as a host of extended family and friends.

Lawrence was a proud graduate of Landon School, a graduate of Trinity College (CT), and received a JD from American University. He made lifelong friends at all three of his alma maters. Lawrence practiced law with his brother Stephen in Bethesda, Maryland, and before that with his father.

A funeral service to honor and celebrate the life of Lawrence K. Bou will be held on Saturday, August 6, 2022, at 11 a.m., at the Church of the Little Flower, 5607 Massachusetts Avenue, Bethesda, Maryland 20816. Interment private.
