Liz was born in Tucuman, Argentina, to Wanda and Hector Avila. She attended St. Andrews High School in Potomac, Dickenson College and Boston University.
Liz worked as a Senior Manager at Noblis in Virginia. She is survived by her 12-year-old son Daniil, her mother and father, her stepmother Nancy, her brother Mike and sister-in-law Lisa and niece Cassandra, and her sister Christina and her brother-in-law Brian.
Liz was a loving mother, cherished daughter and sister, and a loyal friend to many.
