Ronald A. Criggar

Ron was a beloved husband, stepfather, brother, uncle and friend. He is survived by his wife, Rosemeyre, his stepdaughter, Lorenna, his sister, Rita, his treasured nephew and niece, Max (Jules) and Lesley (Chuck) and his great-nephew and great-niece Hugh and Jane.

Ron lived a life full of generosity and love, always putting family at the center of everything he did. Whether sharing stories around the table, lending a hand when needed, or simply making others laugh, he had a gift for making people feel cared for and at home.

A visitation will be held at DeVol Funeral Home, 10 East Deer Park Dr., Gaithersburg, Maryland on Friday, August 29, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. with a service to be held at 11 a.m. Interment will follow the service at Parklawn Memorial Park 12800 Veirs Mill Rd, Rockville, Maryland. Family and friends are invited to gather, share memories, and celebrate the remarkable man he was.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the family to assist with arrangements.
