On Saturday January 20, 2018 at Holy Cross Hospital in Germantown, MD. Loving and devoted wife of Ronald B. Carter of Germantown, MD, peacefully went to her final rest. She is survived by her mother-in-law, Minnie L. Carter of Temple Hills, MD, one sister-in-law, Valerie C. Love (Gregory) of McLean, VA. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
