Virginia Reckert Lapp (Ginny) of Fulton, MD passed away on Tuesday, December 4, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband Claude Francis Lapp, Jr.; beloved mother of Chris Lapp (Beverly), Mike Lapp (Penny), Donna Hance (Joe), Debra Joram (Mike), Dianna Campagna (Wayne), Linda Foster (Brian), Lora Vaszil and her late husband Scott; sister of Eileen Heim, Joe and David Reckert. She is survived by 27 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Virginia was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 1 sister.
