Wei Heung Lee

It is with deep love and sorrow that we announce the passing of Chiu Lung Lee and Wei Heung Lee, beloved husband & wife, father and mother, grandparents, and great-grandparents. Chiu and Wei departed peacefully on September 27, 2025 and November 5, 2025; respectively, at their home. They were both 93.

Born in Toi Shan, China, Mr. and Mrs. Lee immigrated to Hong Kong and later to America in search of a better life, carrying with them the values of hard work, humility, and devotion to family. Together built a life rooted in love, sacrifice, and resilience.

Together, they raised seven children embracing hard work and compassion. They were proud grandparents to many grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, each of whom brought them immense joy and pride.

Chiu was known for his quiet strength while Wei was known for her strong will. They both embraced strong family value. They cherished spending time with family, especially sharing traditional meals for family gatherings that brought generations together. Their home was always open, table always full.

A private family service for Wei will be held at Duvol Funeral Home in Gaithersburg, MD on Thursday November 13, 2025 at 11:30am followed by burial at All Souls Cemetery in Germantown, MD. A private family service was held for Chiu on October 2, 2025.

They will be deeply missed and forever remembered in our hearts.
