Mary E. Pittman

She graduated from Bolen-Draughon College as well as the Savannah School of Cosmetology. She was employed with St. Joseph’s Hospital and later became a Master Cosmetologist for Belk Department Store.

Preceded in death by her mother and father, Corrie Marion and John Horace Tuttle; husband, Joe A. Pittman, Sr.; and daughter, Robin Renee Hill.

Survived by two sons, Michael and Joseph Hill; daughter, Wanda Holland (Brian); two brothers, Louis Tuttle (Shirley), and Lonnie Tuttle (Ann); sister, Ruth Malphus (Roy); six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Friday, June 14, 2013 from 6-8 p.m. at Fairhaven Funeral Home & Crematory, Garden City.

Graveside service will be Saturday, June 15, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Rigdon Cemetery in Statesboro with Rev. Wayne Merritt officiating.
