She is preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Harrell; parents, Nathaniel and Sallie Covenah; four brothers, G.R. Covenah, W.D. Covenah, E.L. Covenah, and Frank B. Covenah.
She is survived by two daughters, Millie Jernigan and Sarah Browning; brother, H.M. Covenah; five grandchildren; ten great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held at Fairhaven Funeral Home & Crematory, Garden City on Saturday, August 17, 2013 at 1:00 p.m.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm.
Burial will follow at Hillcrest West Cemetery.
