Mrs. Ruby Mae Bullard

Ruby Mae Bullard, 87, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 28, 2013 under the care of Odyssey Hospice at Riverview Nursing Home. She was born November 30, 1925 in Emanuel County. She lived most of her life in Savannah. She retired from Georgia Pacific. She was a member of Rothwell Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Bullard, and five siblings. Surviving are her son, Donald (Debra) Rush, one sister, Matt Sherrod, three grandsons, Donny Rush, Tony Rush, and Paul (Tina) Rush, five great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Deepest appreciation for Mrs. Mabel Callaway’s constant care in the last few years of Mrs. Bullard’s life. Visitation will be held from 3-5pm on Sunday, March 3, 2013 at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Crematory, 2794 W. US Highway 80, Garden City, GA. Funeral Service will be held at 11am on Monday, March 4, 2013 in the Chapel of Fairhaven Funeral Home, with Pastor Travis Cowart officiating. Pall Bearers will be Donny Rush, Randy Rush, Ronnie Rush, Carroll Rush, Kile Haynes, and Roy Morris. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Abbey West.
