Vicky Lynne Draughon

Vicky Lynne Draughon was born on December 29th 1956 to Sherry Josephine Paul and Elery Herman Hartson in Pipestone, Minnesota. At a young age, Vicky moved with her family to Southern California where she went on to meet her husband, Timothy Patrick Draughon. Tim and Vicky worked hard and raised two children, April Christine and Timothy Patrick Jr (TJ). Tim, Vicky, April and TJ made wonderful memories traveling and spending time with family and friends. After 30 plus years as a legal secretary, Vicky retired, allowing her and Tim to cruise around the world seeing the sights with family friends. Vicky’s love for family is passed down through her children to her five grandchildren, Alyssa Breanne, Aaron Miles, Jon Elery, Margo Antonia, and KoryLynne Rebecca. Vicky loved nothing more than to spend an afternoon hugging her babies and being the best Grammy and Ama this world has ever seen. On July 22nd 2023, Vicky was called home by the Lord to join the angels waiting for her in heaven. Though she will be missed by everyone that was fortunate enough to know her, she will be alive in our hearts forever.

A celebration of life for Vicky will be held Friday, August 18, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at Garden Grove Elks Lodge, 11551 Trask Ave, Garden Grove, CA 92843.
