Uncle Bill, you will be forever missed.  I will always remember your quiet, gentle ways.  You were there for anyone that needed help.  Most of my memories are from childhood, visiting in San Diego.  But I am so grateful for the adult years, and that you were always a quiet strength & presence still with our family.  Thank you for opening up your home to our family during the holidays!  
My heart is with my cousin Jason, your parents, my Aunt Marilyn & the rest of your family, always & especially during this difficult time.  You were definitely taken too soon, but, I know you are in wonderful company with my Mom & Mike, & Grandma & Grandpa.  Until we are all together again...

So sorry to hear about Billy's passing. I have wonderful memories of our trip to St.Croix years ago. May he rest in peace.

I am saddened by the loss of my nephew, Billy. He was always so kind and loving from the time he was a little boy. I am so thankful I was able to see him this past November. He will be greatly missed.

I will always cherish childhood memories of our fun times together and miss you Bill.  You will always be in my heart!

I will always remember Bill for his kind generosity. I spent many summers hanging out with his son my best friend Jason. We would go jet skiing, riding bikes and play on his computers for many many hours. Later Bill would give me a place to live while I got back on my feet. I will always be thankful and in his debt for that. He was taken way to early from this world. 
Thank you for everything Bill. You will be sorely missed.

 Billy's uniqueness was so much more than his beautiful eyes of blue and gray, it was his infectious smile and good favor.  If Billy ever had troubles, he never made them yours.  You knew he was always there if you ever needed him- anytime without question.  I will always cherish my time spent with and memories of Billy, especially childhood memories.  Being allowed to tag along with Billy, Ricky, and our cousin Joey every summer made me feel part of a brotherhood.  When  Billy moved to San Diego he lived with me for awhile were he shared his wisdom and also his appreciation of Nachos with me. Later after he moved on Margaret and I were invited on a camping trip outside of Ramona that was one of our best ever.  These are the things in life I value above all.  Our sweet Bill will be held in our hearts forever.

I will always remember Bill as a kind gentle person.  He was always offering to help or do something for us.  He never came over empty handed; something he had found that was especially good.  I specifically remember the clam chowder he bought someplace near his house.  I could never list all the things he did around our house from the garden to the televisions.  Best of all he always had a smile and a pleasant word.  It certainly is a life to celebrate!

My dad will always be missed and loved.  There are so many wonderful memories that I will cherish forever.  He left us too soon. Love you always.

Where do I begin. So many thoughts, so many memories. I remember the first time we met. That endearing smile, his laugh, his handsome good looks, his fun nature.I remember all the fun camping trips to the mountains and the hammock he always had when we went camping. Scouting for the perfect set of tress to hang the hammock and watch another beautiful sunset.We both like to fish, though I think neither of us was very good at it. The backyard BBQ with family and friends. Christmas mornings. The drive along the coast on a warm afternoon. All these things and many more I will forever miss. I lost my friend of many years. Someone you could talk to that always had a listening ear and a smile that could light up a room. My heart aches for the family left behind, our son Jason Russell Seifert.The people who never will have the privilege to met the man who would give you the shirt off his back, with a smile.I lost my friend, my one true love. Hold on tightly to the love you received here on earth, until we all meet again in Heaven. I will forever miss you. Thank you Bill for the times we shared together.

To my wonderful cousin, you will be missed very much.  My childhood memories of us growing up together, boating and just hanging out are memories that I will treasure forever.  Our thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time.
