To my uncle I will miss you the most . I remember when you first taught me how to barbecue at great grandma house. You said Niece if you really want to learn stand over here and watch me. After you watch me then I am going to have you do it. I asked, “ Uncle how did I do ?” Uncle said, “ Very good.”  You wasn’t just my uncle you was my protector. I love you Uncle Alvin. Remembering My Big Brother

I remember when we were just little kids I was the baby @ this time before my baby brother came a long. My big brother would always wait until he thought I was a sleep and would always snatch the pillow from underneath my head. I remember a few times I would wake up and snatch the pillow back from him and  he would always laugh. Guess what that did not stop 🛑 him he would wait until he knew I was fully asleep 😴 and take my pillow once again I would wake up in the morning with no pillow and my head lying on my bed.

I'm truly sorry that u had to go Alvin I will miss you very much I have been thinking for about two weeks if I wanted to write something or say anything but my heart said no because I said everything to you when you were here you already know that I love you and always will and that will never change thank you for being a part of my life you I remember when u bumped into me at the store and the next thing I knew you were at my door how you know where I live I don't know and from that day on you were always there right by my side and if u weren't I knew you were on your way so keep my spot warm because I don't know when but I will be there to stand right there by ur side again I love you My Alvin Jones🥰💋

You didn't get to go to your own prom, so I decided to take you to minds. I wanted you to be able to share your experiences with others.  One of the best decision I ever made was to  share my happiness with my big brother.  
I remember one of our last conversation (we had many) over the phone before you went into the hospital & I said to you, if know one else ever tells you that they love you just remember "I LOVE YOU"  I want the best for you brother. If you ever need to talk (to vent), you need anything, I got you. I need you to check in so I know you were safe.  I want to see you win on your journey called life. 
I witness your ups as well as your downs to the end.  I remember coming to the hospital. I could hear you hollaring down the hallway.  I would step in your room & say Alvin why you acting up in here? You look up at me & continue to fuss. If you couldn't say nothing else you managed that word "NO" very well & often.  I would walk over to your bedside, (it didn't matter who was there),  kiss you on your forehead, give you a big hug, begin to pray with you & you would calm down.  After we pray you would say "Thank you".  
You have left some great memories & a big impact in everyone's life that you have came across.  It's truly a blessing to share in the joy & awesome things you have done for others & what you have accomplished in your own life.  Your memories will live on through us all.  I share the funny ones even now.   I kept my promise to you brother &  I hope I have made you proud.  In my heart you shall remain dear brother.
