

Barbara Jean “Tiny” (Fink) Cook, 65, of Gastonia passed away Wednesday November 22, 2017 at Caromont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia. Tiny loved animals. She was tenderhearted. She would help out anybody she could. Her favorite color was purple. Tiny loved her family dearly. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Tiny is the daughter of the late Ethel Marie “Red” (Rogers) Fink and Eugene Fink.
Left to cherish her memories are her husband of 37 years, James Cook, daughters Kimberly Chappell and husband Marvin and Marie Icenhower and son James “Jamie” Cook, Jr. Missing their grandmother are 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Monday November 27, 2017 at Carothers Funeral Home, 2205 Williamsburg Drive, Gastonia.
A Celebration of Tiny’s life will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday November 28, 2017 at Carothers Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be held immediately after the service in the Garden of the Apostles, John section, at Gaston Memorial Park, 1200 S. New Hope Road, Gastonia.
