Jamie was born on May 10, 1954, in Gaston County, NC to Francis Melvin Gaddis and the late Sylvia Hamrick Gaddis.
Jamie loved spending time with people as he never met a stranger. He was very sociable and enjoyed being around others. In his spare time, you could find him listening to classic rock or watching old westerns.
He is survived by his father, Melvin Gaddis; sister, Robin (Andy) Mabry; 1 niece and nephew; as well as many cousins.
A graveside service for Jamie will be held Thursday, May 22, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Gaston Memorial Park, 1200 S New Hope Rd, Gastonia, NC 28054.
