The most fun guy to be around, always full of happiness, energy, having a positive attitude and lighting up your life and loved people… these words speak the truth of Jason Campbell Millsaps, age 38 who passed away unexpectedly Sunday, September 25, 2016 in Raleigh, North Carolina. Jason was a North Carolina State University graduate where he was a member of the TKE Fraternity. He and his Frat brothers loved to camp, especially at the Outer Banks. Jason was a huge State and Panthers Fan. He was a man who dealt with adversities and was resilient with his handicap from birth. To know him was to love him. He was always there for everyone and loved to experience new things.
