William Guy Fish Jr.

William G. Fish Jr. age 74, of 3669 Wilson Blvd West, Jacksonville, Florida passed away peacefully at Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida on Monday, March 19th 2018. By his side, was his companion of more than 7 years, Honorata “Dorothy” Rydzewska.

A native of Chesapeake, Virginia, he was the son of the late William G. Fish Sr. of York South Carolina and Daisy W. Fish of Mecklenburg County N.C., and brother of the late James R. Fish of Portsmouth Virginia. Mr. Fish was the former Technical Director of the Fleet Technical Support Center Detachment, Naval Station Mayport, Mayport Florida.

Surviving are his wife, Maria Cecilia Milani Fish of San Paulo Brazil; daughter Cindee Herrle and husband Grant, and granddaughter Skylar Herrle of Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Friends and family are invited to visit the family before the memorial service from 10-11am on Monday, March 26th. The memorial service will begin immediately after at 11am in the Chapel of Carothers Funeral Home Gastonia, N.C.
