Anna Haude

She is survived by: daughter Nana Harrison (Stan) and son Victor Miller (Sandra); Grandchildren: Dawn Kulpa (Paul), Tamara Plemmons (John), Nicholas Miller and Alexander Miller. Great Grandchildren: Ann Kulpa, Emma Kulpa and Carter Plemmons.

A widow, she had two marriages: Leonard Paul Miller and Oswald Junior Haude.

Junior’s children: Sandy Hersberger (Joe), Roger Haude (Brenda), Sonia Haskew (Tim) and Carlene Magsig (Fritz), with many Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.

She is survived by her brother Richard Dale Shepherd (Brenda). Sisters-in Law, Brothers-in Law, nieces and nephews filled her heart with love.

Predeceased: father Wootson Shepherd, mother Nannie Clay Willoughby, sisters Dorthea Humphrey and Edna Szakal; brothers: William Shepherd and Wootson Jr. Shepherd.

Residing in Central Ohio, she retired from PPG and relocated to Georgetown in 1996. Family, friends, travel, volunteering at Georgetown hospital filled her life.

Anna lived in love and her joyous smile impacted all she met. Her love of God and life infused everyday events into special occasions. Her tiny frame and soft voice belied her strength that held our family and provided guidance and support. She strived to see the good in all of us and helped us to be better people. Her physical presence will be greatly missed while we continue to feel her love surrounding us.

Special thanks for the medical care, kindness and support from Dr. Rogelio Trevino, Dr. Michael Lenis, Dr. Erik Lough, Dr. Eric Acheson, the staff of Seton Williamson and Girling Hospice. Her Mariposa community provided her with loving friendship as she continued her love of life and new adventures.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice, American Heart or Cancer Society.

The family will receive guests for a time of visitation at Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home in Georgetown from 4:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M.Thursday, February 27, 2014. A memorial service to celebrate Anna's life will follow at 5:00 P.M.
