Anna “Lou” Cantrell Holder of Liberty Hill passed away Monday, October 12th. She was born in Leander, Texas to Henry and Vina Cantrell on April 6, 1933. She married Pryor Holder on June 20, 1956. Lou is best remembered for the early days at the food bank and thrift store. She was past president and member of the Over the Hill Gang, where she enjoyed dominoes and cards with friends. Lou was known for her homemade potholders and oil painting. Visitation will be held at The Gabriels Funeral Chapel Thursday, October 15th from 6-8 pm. Her celebration of life will be held at Cross Tracks Church, Friday, October 16th at 2 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Operation Liberty Hill.
