Bobby Ray Newman, age 57, passed away on Tuesday, June 15, 2010, after a valiant battle with cancer. He was born June 27, 1952 in Warrensburg, Missouri to Betty Lou Saling Newman and Ira Lee Newman. Bobby is survived by his daughter Eileen Grimes and husband Jeffrey of Hopewell, VA, and grandchildren Victoria and Christopher; daughter Mandy Wagner of Georgetown, TX, and grandchildren Ashley, Dylan and Kathryn. He is also survived by his brothers Elbert Dee Newman and Delbert Lee Newman, and sisters Glinda Kay Dill and Betty Jean Wangler. Memorial Services will be held Friday, June 25, 2010, at 9:00 a.m. at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery 11463 South Hwy 195, Killeen, TX. The family requests that in lieu of flower arrangements, donations be made in honor of Bobby Ray Newman to the American Cancer Society.
