Bryan Jeffrey Field passed from this world to his eternal glory on July 16, 2025, at his residence in Georgetown, Texas. Though words cannot capture the depth of our grief, we wish to celebrate his remarkable life and the joy he brought to all who knew him.
Born with a huge heart and a generous spirit, Bryan touched the hearts of family, friends, and all fortunate enough to cross his path. Known for his kindness, compassion, and unwavering loyalty, he was a steadfast presence – always ready with a helping hand or a word of advice (solicited or not).
From a young age, Bryan demonstrated a unique curiosity about the world, pursuing his passions with determination and tenacity. He left an indelible mark on those around him. Bryan’s laughter echoed warmly in our gatherings, and his larger-than-life hugs left no doubt about his feelings. His love for family was unwavering, and the bonds he nurtured will remain strong and vibrant in our hearts and memories.
Bryan was an extremely loving and devoted father. His two boys were the most precious things in the world to him.
Bryan loved the outdoors and experienced deep tranquility when he was able to distance himself from the stresses of everyday life. Whether plinking targets with a new firearm, casting a line into tranquil waters, or gathering around a fire beneath a blanket of stars, he found his greatest happiness when those he cherished were beside him.
Bryan was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Edward Lavoice and Patricia Kirchoff Howard, and his paternal grandparents, James Robert and Louena Click Field. He is survived by two sons, Samuel Robert and William Allen Field, and their mother, Lauren Hymans Field, of Georgetown, Texas, along with his parents, Samuel Louis and Donna Jean Howard Field of Abilene, Texas. Bryan is also survived by his brother, James Edward “Jim Ed” Field and bride, Amanda Kaye Field, of Abilene, Texas, along with their children, Conner Preston Field, Price Turner Payne, Jackson Cade Field, Calee Jo Satterwhite (Drew), and Harrison Carter Field. Bryan is also survived by a great-nephew, Carter Ray Satterwhite, a great-niece, Ainsley Jo Satterwhite, numerous friends and extended family.
Though he is no longer with us, his legacy endures in the stories we share, the values he imparted, and the love he gave so freely. As we mourn his loss, we also celebrate a life well-lived—rich with purpose, laughter, and meaning. His memory will forever be cherished by his family, friends, and all whose lives he touched.
A visitation for Bryan will be held Friday, July 25, 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home, 2900 Williams Drive, Georgetown, TX 78628. A funeral service will occur at 2:00 PM on Saturday, July 26, 2025 at Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home.
We invite all who knew him to join us in honoring his memory, to share stories, and to find comfort in the enduring connections he fostered. May he rest in God’s eternal peace, surrounded by Christ’s love and the love he gave so generously in life.
He will always be remembered. He will always be missed.
