Carroll was born in Austin, TX and lived in and around the central Texas area his entire life with most of his time residing in Jarrell, TX. He attended church at the First Baptist Church of Jarrell. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing and spending time in the garden. Some of his favorite times were the dinners with family at his parent’s house.
Carroll was preceded in death by his wife Sharla Bridges and mother and father Marcine and Charles Bridges. He is survived by his son Michael Bridges, daughter-in-law Lindsay Bridges, grandson Zachary Bridges, his brother Marshall Bridges and many loving nieces, nephews and in-laws.
Carroll will be buried next to his wife at I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Georgetown, TX. Due to current health concerns, burial will be private and services will be delayed. A funeral celebrating his life will be held by the family when safe.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that you make a donation to your favorite charity and spread benefit to others in honor of his passing.
