

Gregory Michael Serafin, age 32, passed away suddenly on Tuesday December 4, 2012. He was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on July 25, 1980 to Jo Ann Byler and Michael H. Serafin. He graduated Trinity High School in Manchester, NH and attended the University of New Hampshire. He proudly served in the US Army in the 2nd invasion of Iraq. He was a published author of the book “Atlantis Awakes” under the pen name “Toby Seca”.
He is survived by his mother, Jo Ann Byler; step-father, Randy M. Byler; father, Michael Serafin; step-mother, Maryann Serafin; brothers, James K. Byler, Matthew J. Byler and Christopher M. Serafin; sisters, Michelle M. Dennis and Ashley M. Serafin; brother-in-law, Jeffrey Dennis; nephews, Corbin K. Dennis and Caleb M. Dennis; grandmother, Ruth Serafin; great aunt, Elsie Dash; aunt, Linda Bargsley; and a large family of aunts, uncles and cousins, too many to name, who will miss him terribly.
The family will receive guests for a time of visitation from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Thursday, December 13, 2012 at Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home in Georgetown, Texas. A private military graveside service will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, December 14, 2012 at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen, Texas with Chaplain Dean Hamilton officiating.
