Hal David Williams Jr.

Hal David Williams Jr. 69, of Florence, joined our heavenly Father on December 10, 2020.  Hal was born in Georgetown, Texas on September 17, 1951 to Hal David Williams and Nadine Williams.  His grandmother gave him the nickname “Skipper” and this is what he was called by his friends and family.  He graduated from Florence High School and joined the United States Army in 1974. Hal found joy in hunting, motorcycles, fast cars, family and friends.

Hal is preceded in death by his father, Hal David Williams Sr. and his wife Patricia Williams.

He is survived by his loving mother, Nadine Williams, daughter Breeann and husband Elvis Loving; grandson, Braylon Loving, son, Zachary Williams; grandchildren Cameron Williams, Leah Williams, Sadie Williams, and Ariel Williams, daughter, Elizabeth and husband Art Ruiz; grandsons AJ Ruiz and Joshua Ruiz, his brother Paul Williams, his sisters Celeste Behrens and Lisa Pimpler, numerous nieces and nephews, and lots of dear friends. 

The family wishes to thank the staff at Temple V.A. Hospital for the care and compassion they brought to Hal and our family.

Funeral Services will be conducted graveside at Florence Cemetery with Pastor Roy Smith presiding on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at 10:00am.
