Herbert Wayne Prewitt Sr. is survived by his loving wife Brenda Prewitt of 52 years. Three sons Herbert Jr, Jeffrey, and Michael Prewitt. He is preceded in death by father William Moses and mother Effie Thelma Prewitt. He is also preceded in death by two brothers Wilford and Albert Prewitt. He is also survived by a nephew Kevin W Prewitt of Austin. He had many cousins and friends that were his family.
He is survived by three grand daughters Leighann Rene, Kristine Olga Prewitt and preceded in death by one grand daughter Jessie Lynn Prewitt.
He worked for the City of Austin and retired in 2004. He achieved many accomplishments by working as a Supervisor and Crew Leader for the City.
He was an avid bingo player and he loved his bingo.
A memorial service for Herbert will be held Thursday, April 6, 2023 at 12:00 PM at Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home, 2900 Williams Drive, Georgetown, Texas 78628 with Pastor Timothy Teague officiating.
