Irene Ramos Mendoza

Irene Ramos Mendoza, 69, of Round Rock, Texas passed away on August 12, 2017.Irene was born in Georgetown, Texas on June 28, 1948 to Venselada and Genaro Ramos.Irene grew up in Georgetown, but later moved to Round Rock, Texas to live with her husband Victor. Irene was a hard-working and strong-willed woman who was always willing to help anyone in need. Irene enjoyed listening to oldies but goodies, and good ol’ country western music. But most of all, she enjoyed spending the majority of her time with her daughter and grandchildren.Irene was a wonderful mother and grandmother. She is survived by her husband Victor Mendoza of Round Rock; daughter, Christine and husband Chad Caler of Round Rock; her grandchildren, Tricia and Trevor Caler of Round Rock; her brother Genaro Ramos Jr; her sisters Torivia Zavala, Cirilda Bazan, Tempera Gonzales, Reyes Gonzales and Dora DeLeon of Georgetown, Texas, Rosa Raposa of Hawaii and Rose Mary Rains of Dallas; and many nieces and nephews.Irene is preceded in death by her parents Genaro and Venselada Ramos, her sister Beatrice Miranda, and her brothers Marcos Ramos, Leonard Ramos Sr, and Narciso Ramos Sr.Funeral services for Irene Ramos Mendoza, 69 of Georgetown are to be held 10AM, Friday, August 18, 2017, at The Gabriels Funeral Chapel and Crematory in Georgetown. 

A visitation will be held Thursday, August 17, 2017, from 6 to 7PM with a Rosary from 7 to 8PM at the funeral home.
