Rosemary Leonowicz

Rosemary Leonowicz, age 87, of Georgetown, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, February 14, 2012. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on April 26, 1924 to parents John Winkler and Loretta (Hauck) Winkler. Rosemary married Joseph Leonowicz on May 30, 1952 in Cleveland, Ohio. She was a member of St. Helen Catholic Church.

Rosemary is survived by her husband, Joe Leonowicz; daughter, Colette Schwartz and husband Bill; grandchildren, Amanda Pope and husband Matt, Jeff Schwartz, wife Cathy and Larissa Mosley and husband Tyler; and great-grandchildren, Ethan, Ben, Sam and Jacob.

The family will receive guests for a time of visitation from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. on Friday, February 17, 2012 at the Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home in Georgetown, Texas with a rosary at 7:00 P.M. A Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, February 18, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Helen Catholic Church in Georgetown with Father Jairo Sandoval-Pliego officiating. Interment will follow at Our Lady of the Rosary Cemetery in Georgetown.

Serving as pallbearers will be Bill Schwartz, Jeff Schwartz, Matt Pope, Tyler Mosley, Lansing Prescott and Jack Gibeau.
