Sebastian Edward Canales was born October 8, 1994 in Georgetown. He passed from this life October 9, 2022 in Hardeeville, South Carolina at the age of 28. Sebastian had lived in this area most of his life. He was an extraordinary musician and excelled at playing instruments such as the cello, saxophone, French horn, bass, and trumpet. He loved the culinary arts and was an exceptional cook. Sebastian loved gaming online with the boys and watching movies with family and friends.
Sebastian was preceded in death by his father, Rafael Quinones; maternal great-grandparents, Louis Montemayor and Taurina Montemayor; aunt, Josie Bustillos; paternal grandmother, Paz Gonzales and paternal grandfather, Candido Quinones.
He leaves to cherish his memory his mother Dora Quinones; fiancée, Glory Fite; sisters, Patricia Bullard and Jacquelyn Canales; brothers, Christopher Canales and Joshua Quinones; maternal grandparents, Gabriel and Herminia Hernandez; aunts and uncles, Mike and Geneva Curik, Fernando and Sue Hernandez, David and Grace Hernandez, Linda Hernandez Nolasco, Rosa Quinones, Chiqui Quinones, Maria Quinones, Carmen Quinones, Gloria Quinones ,Guillermo and Maribel Quinones, Franklin Quinones and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
A visitation will be held Friday, October 21, 2022 from 4 pm to 8 pm with a rosary service at 7 pm. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, October 22, 2022 at 11:00 am at the Santa Rosa de Lima Catholic Church, with burial to follow at the Santa Rosa de Lima Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers are Benjamin Fite, Mark McCain, Joshua Quinones, Gabriel Lee Hernandez, David Hernandez, Jr., Joseph Galindo and Christopher Canales.
