Tabitha will always and forever be remembered as a flying butterfly who loved social settings, music, dancing, and any reason to celebrate. She could easily be seen as the heart of any circle she was in. As a true Tejana, she enjoyed being under the stunning Texas sun by the lake and taking classic Lone Star road trips to surrounding cities.
She undoubtedly represented herself through styles that always made her feel beautiful and could make the blind see. Tabitha’s joyful, powerful laugh could be felt through your body. Her energy hugged your heart before her arms wrapped around you tightly.
She found strength in her family and would defend their honor and name no matter what. From her mother to her siblings, her love stretched far beyond extended family. We applaud Rafael and Tabitha for being blessed with six children, finding support in one another while raising each and every one of them with love and care. Her children were able to feel the most warmth of her love as soon as they had set their eyes on her the day they born. Theres was no end to the amount of protection and understanding she poured into her Children. A love that would clearly be seen as an expecting grandmother.
We are all so lucky you have been a part of her life. Even if you met her one time, her beauty, aura, and spirit left a lasting impression. Remembering the beautiful heart and soul of Tabitha will be an emotion that never ends, until the day we are called upon and can embrace her and hold her hand again in an everlasting after life.
Tabitha is survived by her husband, Rafael Alvarez; her children, Amilieon Luz Alvarez, Leilani Anahi Alvarez, Ma’Leigha Alize Alvarez, Dyanna Raquel Alvarez, Rafael Kingston Alvarez, and Bentley Ricardo Alvarez; her grandchild, Tizoc Rafael Ramirez; her parents, Diana Patiño Rodriguez and Kirk Wayne McBride; her grandmother, Maxine McBride; her siblings, Jason McBride, Joseph Adam Rodriguez, Kirk Wayne McBride Jr., Raquel Teresa Fox, Jesus Antonio Alvarez; and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
